What is included with VetMost?
Every core VetMost workflow is included in the introductory plan: scheduling, patient and client records, clinical documentation, forms, communications, billing, reporting, and more.
Can I invite my whole team?
Yes. VetMost includes unlimited staff seats, so your entire clinic team can work from the same connected system without per-user pricing.
Can I migrate data from my current software?
A self-service migration tool is in development. Until it is available, contact us directly and we can review your current system and see how we may be able to help with your migration.
How does the 14-day trial work?
Register your clinic with no credit card required. Your 14-day trial begins when you verify your email. You can add billing at any point during the trial, and your selected plan begins when the trial ends.
Which plans include the Client Portal?
Client Portal is included with Plus and Max. Basic includes the same core practice-management tools, without the Client Portal.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Clinic owners can review their plan and storage allowance in Manage Subscription and choose the option that fits their practice.
How does VetMost bill my clinic?
VetMost uses Stripe to securely process your clinic's subscription payment. Your VetMost plan price and billing schedule are shown before you subscribe.
Can my clinic use Stripe to bill clients?
Yes. Clinics can connect their own Stripe account to accept eligible client invoice payments through VetMost. Stripe's payment-processing fees for client payments are separate from your VetMost subscription.
Can I cancel?
Yes. If you cancel, your clinic keeps full access through the end of its paid period. Your records then remain available in read-only mode for a limited time so you can review and export them before permanent deletion.
Is $99/month permanent?
It is a limited-time introductory price for practices joining now. VetMost may change pricing in the future.
