Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of VetMost, a veterinary practice workflow platform for scheduling, client and patient records, SOAP notes, billing workflows, inventory, reminders, forms, communications, reports, and assistant-supported clinic operations. VetMost is currently offered to veterinary practices operating in the United States. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using VetMost, you represent that your practice operates in the United States, that you are authorized to provide the information submitted, and that you agree to these Terms.

The clinic or organization that creates a VetMost workspace is the account owner (“Clinic”). The Clinic is responsible for accurate account information, authorized users, role assignments, password security, and promptly disabling access for former staff. Each user must use their own account and may not share credentials or access another workspace.

The Clinic retains control of the information it enters into VetMost (“Clinic Data”). The Clinic is responsible for obtaining required client consents, maintaining accurate records, deciding what information to retain, and complying with veterinary, privacy, medical-record, employment, and other laws that apply to its practice. VetMost is a software tool and does not provide veterinary, legal, accounting, or medical advice.

Assistant-generated suggestions, draft notes, reminders, summaries, and proposed workflow actions are not a diagnosis, treatment recommendation, or final record. Authorized clinic staff must review and confirm content before it is saved, sent, or relied upon. The Clinic remains responsible for every appointment, record, message, form, invoice, and automation it approves.

The Clinic is responsible for recipient addresses, message content, attached forms, consent language, and the timing of automated communications. VetMost may record delivery, bounce, failure, and submission events. A secure form link is not a substitute for the Clinic’s own identity verification or professional review process.

We aim to provide a reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet outages, or third-party services such as hosting, authentication, email, payment, or AI infrastructure. Features may change as VetMost evolves.

Each party must use reasonable safeguards for confidential information received from the other. VetMost uses access controls, tenant separation, authentication, audit records, and managed cloud infrastructure, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Clinics must promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

VetMost may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, data, the service, or third parties, or to address a violation of these Terms. The Clinic may stop using its workspace at any time. After termination, access and retention of Clinic Data will be handled according to the applicable service arrangement, documented retention settings, backups, and legal obligations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetMost is provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every clinic workflow. VetMost is not responsible for clinical decisions, missed appointments, inaccurate data entered by users, or actions taken from unreviewed suggestions. Any liability limitations, exclusions, and remedies apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.
